    Military and Veterans Health Solutions under the Leidos Health Group is looking for a Physical Therapist / Athletic Trainer to provide therapy and research support for injury prevention and rehabilitation research programs with a focus on warfighters with musculoskeletal injury using standard clinical therapies, as well as innovative rehabilitation therapies.

    The Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer (PT/AT) will be required to execute a full range of direct physical therapy procedures, diagnostic, and treatment services for military personnel and beneficiaries as part of standard care and innovative research protocols. The PT/AT will integrate a number of research and treatment services and functions into overall support of the research programs for Leidos and our government customers at the Naval Health Research Center, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and collaborating institutions. This position requires thorough knowledge of standard PT/AT care, research and clinical program objectives, program services, methods, and techniques necessary to effectively accomplish the research and clinical program goals.

    The applicant will be required to work effectively with a team of researchers and clinicians primarily located at Camp Pendleton with occasional work at the Naval Health Research Center in Point Loma, Naval Medical Center San Diego, University of Kentucky, and several other military, academic, and private institutions.
