We are looking for an MRes/PhD candidate with a background in computer science, data science or programming to join the Biomechanics, Physical Performance, and Exercise (BioPPEx) Research Group at Macquarie University. The successful candidate will work with project supervisors to take a machine learning approach in determining physiological and biomechanical variables that can be used to help monitor physical training load in military populations. The overall goal of this project is to develop models aimed to reduce injury risk and improve physical performance. Further details can be found in the attached flyer.
