- Salary: $72,355 - $94,066 per year
- Pay scale & grade: GS 11
- Responsible for resolving problems with equipment and conducting training on equipment and software to ensure the accurate collection of data.
- Preform inspections and operations check of all research equipment.
- Performs the full spectrum of research activities (e.g., subject recruitment, development and testing of employed methodologies, data collection, data analysis, etc.).
- Responsible for successfully completing research related projects, including literature reviews on scientific methodologies.
- Applies diversified knowledge of scientific principles, including medical and biological knowledge to complex multi-disciplinary research projects aimed at furthering the clinical care of individuals with extremity trauma.
- Assists with writing grant applications
- You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship (no exceptions).
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
