We are seeking an experienced, highly organized individual with a technical background to manage the technical support team and service our clients’ needs. The successful candidate will be involved in daily client interactions with key responsibilities for relationship management, oversight of support processes, user training, and creating technical content.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical support at Delsys Europe
- Evaluate user requests and use technical know-how to support clients
- Conduct product training sessions
- Create technical documentation and content to offer a proactive approach to user support
- Produce reports for support trend analysis
Experience
- BSc/MSc in Life Sciences (Biomechanics, Physiology, Sport Science) or equivalent field
- At least 3 years’ experience working within client support or a Biomechanics/Physiology laboratory
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and understanding
- Experience working with life sciences equipment (EMG experience ideal)
- Knowledge of data analysis and processing of time-series data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other
- Office-based role (Manchester, UK)
- Business travel is not required but opportunities might be available
