    A postdoctoral researcher position is available in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University to study natural environment biomechanics in patients recovering from knee surgery, including ACL reconstruction and total knee replacement. This postdoc will be advised by Eni Halilaj and work collaboratively with graduate students and clinicians from local medical centers. We are looking for candidates with background in one or more of the following areas:
    • experimental biomechanics
    • biomechanical modeling
    • wearable sensing
    • machine learning
    • computer vision
    • medical imaging
    The candidate should have a doctoral degree in engineering, computer science, or kinesiology. This is a two-year position, with the opportunity for renewal.
