The University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science and University of Maryland, College Park, Department of Bioengineering are pleased to announce the availability of postdoctoral research fellowship.

Applicants with background in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering or related areas are encouraged to apply.

Potential areas of research training include:

• Rehabilitation robotics, biomechanics, machine learning, and/or signal processing skills related to improving neuromotor control and rehabilitation of neurological disorders or musculoskeletal injuries.
• Quantitative assessment of neurological/musculoskeletal impairments followed by impairment-specific rehabilitation interventions.
