We would like to invite you to join the LokoAssist Symposium on April 20 and 21, 2023, in Darmstadt, Germany.
LokoAssist (www.lokoassist.de) addresses the interdisciplinary challenge of seamless integration of active locomotion devices (orthoses, exoskeletons, prostheses) into the daily movement experience of the user. LokoAssist is a multidisciplinary Ph.D. Research Training Network granted by the German Research Foundation (DFG). This inaugural LokoAssist Symposium gathers leading scientists in these cutting-edge research areas. It covers a range of closely related topics, from biomechanical modeling and mechatronic design of assistive devices to psychological aspects of locomotion and human and expert evaluation.
