Biomechanical Consultant Position - Orange County, CA

Semper Scientific is seeking a biomechanics consultant for our southern California office. Our forensic experts perform injury biomechanics analyses associated with motor vehicle collisions, slip/trip and falls, and other injury producing events, as well as premises safety analyses for clients in the legal community. As a biomechanics consultant, principal duties will be to research and analyze case materials to determine mechanisms of injuries. Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in biomechanics, bioengineering, safety, or related field
• Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills with command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Peer-reviewed publications in gait, automotive safety, or injury biomechanics
• Engineering degree with eligibility for PE or EIT designation in California, if not already registered

Salary Range: $75,000 to $200,000/yr (commensurate with experience)
