We are a professional, innovative, collaborative medical device company searching for a software
engineer that will analyze and modify existing software as well as design, develop and test end-user
applications for disease diagnostics.
Our ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle from preliminary system
analysis to tests and deployment. Other preferred skills include strategic problem solving, strong
analytical skills, collaboration, adaptability, a willingness to learn, innovation, and communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write, debug and maintain robust medical device software
- Develop algorithms for photoacoustic signal detection
- Prepare and maintain software documentation
Experience
- BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent in experience
- Minimum one year research experience in a related field
- Familiarity with data acquisition devices and signal processing
- Knowledge with FDA regulations and IEC 62304 medical device software standard
- Excellent software development skills in MATLAB
Possible FT / PT position. Remote work option available.
