    Client Support Engineer- The MotionMonitor (On-Site)

    Join us, Innovative Sports Training, Inc., as a Client Support Engineer (CSE) to help us develop, support and provide The MotionMonitor, a customized fully-integrated 3D motion analysis system!     Here are all the fun things we do and you’ll get to do them, too!:

    Client Outreach:
    • Work closely with clients to design and configure custom turn-key motion capture systems to meet their unique application needs.
    • Attend conferences for exhibiting The MotionMonitor and learning about research trends and needs of the research community
    • Assist in creating marketing materials such as demo videos and brochures for The MotionMonitor
    • Contribute to email campaigns and personal outreach to support and build our client base
    Client Support:
    • Provide a high level of client support and service for optimal use of The MotionMonitor systems
    • Assist in creating tutorial videos and knowledge-base articles
    • Travel for The MotionMonitor installations, training and support needs
    Product Development:
    • Participate in various activities relating to product development and product testing
    • Contribute concepts and ideas for further development of The MotionMonitor capabilities and functionalities

    Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications:

    * Bachelor of Science OR Masters of Science in Biomechanics-related field
    * Research/laboratory experience, preferably in a biomechanics laboratory with working knowledge of motion capture technologies and other systems such as force plates and EMG
    * Demonstrated trouble-shooting and testing experience necessary. This experience would include the planning and execution of tests and reporting of the results.
    * Excellent inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
    * Time-management skills
    * Self-motivated and Resourceful
