The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute is searching for a senior-Associate or Full Professor to join us as the Peura Endowed Chair. We have strengths in biomaterials/tissue regeneration, imaging/computational modeling, and biomechanics. We are an R2 university with a great balance between research and teaching and an ability to "dial up" or "dial down" teaching loads depending on how active your research program is at the moment. As faculty, we work closely with undergraduate students and highly value project-based learning and student research. And, our department is full of fantastic people!
