The Biodynamics Research Laboratory at UNC Charlotte is hiring a postdoctoral researcher to lead a project on long-term injury surveillance. This project will support the work of the Biodynamics Research Laboratory in conjunction with the US Performance Center, located on the UNC Charlotte campus. This individual will also be expected to assist with graduate student mentoring, manage supplies, and support research faculty on related research projects (focus on ACL injury and CAI).
A PhD in Kinesiology or related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Rehabilitation Sciences, Biomechanics, etc.) is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound collection and analysis.
This is a one-year position with the possibility of a second year based on available funding and successful performance during the first year.
