    The Rehab. Robotics Lab invites applications for a postdoctoral research position.

    The postdoctoral fellow will mainly work on the project - a robotic ankle-foot prosthesis/orthosis with biofeedback to maximize user comfort in Rehab. Robotics Lab (https://rehab-robotics.lab.uic.edu/) at UIC.

    Duties
    • Wearable robot (robotic ankle-foot prosthesis/orthosis emulator) control and robotic hardware maintenance/improvement
    • Evaluate the outcomes via controlled human subject experiments.

    Qualifications:
    • A Ph.D. in robotics, (bio)mechatronics, or computer science with experience in machine learning within 5 years.
    • Experience in wearable robot control and design
