University of Rochester Medicine Motion Labs is Seeking Two Rehabilitation Engineers
Due to our growth, we are seeking to #hire two more Rehabilitation Engineers.
This position requires you to operate the UR Medicine Motion Laboratories on the Department of Orthopedics at the Rochester Campus and perform a variety of technical tasks in support of research activities. Provide direct assistance, guidance, and training to medical faculty, residents, and students regarding the use of laboratory equipment, including EMG (electromyography), pressure plates, and motion analysis systems in order to solve research problems.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in biomechanics and previous research experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Required to have a work permit in the USA.
