The Orthopaedic & Rehabilitation Center (OREC) is seeking motivated graduate students interested in studying foot and ankle biomechanics for our M.S. and Ph.D. programs in the Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University and the Medical College of Wisconsin. These positions will work in collaboration with Shriner’s Children’s through research projects in various areas of pediatric orthopaedics involving clinical gait analysis, machine learning, foot & ankle biomechanics, and biomedical imaging.

- A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or international equivalent must be completed prior to starting graduate school.
- A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Demonstrated English proficiency for non-U.S. citizens.
- Proficiency in programming (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
- Previous experience with biomechanical projects, motion analysis, machine learning, or biomedical imaging is considered an asset but is not essential
