Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Biomechanics at the University of Memphis

POSITION: Assistant Professor, tenure-track, within the College of Health Sciences (CHS). Position Peak 2D request responses This position is focused on advancing research and graduate education in Biomechanics, Motor Control, Neuromechanics, Exercise Science/Kinesiology or a closely related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write external grant applications.
• Conduct research studies as a primary investigator and collaborator.
• Analyze study-generated data and submit manuscripts as well as professional presentations pertaining to these research activities.
• Teach a total of two courses each fall and spring semester in the relevant curriculum.
• Provide academic guidance to PhD, MS, and internship undergraduate students in their research and coursework.

A start-up package is negotiable based on needs.
