The Neural Plasticity Rehabilitation and Movement Dynamics (NERD) Lab is looking to hire a PhD student. The NERD Lab focuses on understanding the mechanisms of motor recovery and develop novel interventions to improve arm and hand function in individuals post-stroke. This is a full-time on-site role for a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Utah Health in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Kinesiology/Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Neuroscience
• Basic knowledge in Signal Processing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
