Run Technologies Myopac documentation

Run Technologies, in Mission Viejo, California went out of business some years ago, their web site is no longer available and the Myopac and Myopac Junior EMG systems now appear to be unsupported.

I'm trying to help a Myopac user get some event switches working on their system and as a result I'm looking for Run Technologies Myopac documentation - specifically documentation on the three 37-way D-sub connections on the Myopac subject unit although at this point anything would be useful.

Ideally I'd like someone to email me a PDF manual - but if that's not available I'd be willing to make arrangements to borrow a printed manual for a few days.

Konigsberg Instruments, Inc is providing support to MyoPac and MyoPac Jr. users. In many cases Konigsberg can repair leads sets and electronics and can supply new accessories as well.

It seems that the Konigsberg websites are down and their phones disconnected - does anyone have contact information for them?
