I developed c3dtools.com, which is still running, but I may discontinue maintaining it. I am currently building a new platform called NautilusTrack.

Nautilus is a platform designed to streamline biomechanics and motion analysis workflows.
Current Features:
● Convert C3D files to TRC & MOT formats (OpenSim)
● Solve Inverse Kinematics (lower body – Plug-in Gait)
● Perform IMU-based Inverse Kinematics (Xsens)
● Data Management with workspace storage
● Support for solving Inverse Dynamics problems
● Gait Analysis tools
Tutorials & Documentation:
So far, I’ve built and documented several key features:
1. Save workspaces for streamlined, repeatable analysis
2. Convert C3D files to TRC & MOT formats
3. Apply digital low-pass filtering to motion data
4. Clean and process trajectories (Part 1)
5. Compute joint angles
