Below is the first announced and details for the 2015 Nike Award:
Nike, Inc. sponsors a prize of US$25,000 on a biennial basis to encourage scientific research on athletic footwear. This will be the sixth such award, and will be presented at the 12th ISB Footwear Biomechanics Technical Group meeting in Liverpool, England, in conjunction with the 2015 ISB Congress.
The prize will be awarded competitively on the scientific merit of the work*. An independent panel of experts from the field will be assembled to determine the winner of the award. Full papers containing original material, not previously submitted for publication, must be received at the following address no later than May 8th, 2015:
