We seek a highly motivated individual with an interest in working with children with cerebral palsy. The position is a 1 year appointment, which may be extended with continued funding. The position is supported by a grant from the National Institutes of Health. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day activities of a randomized controlled trial examining the effect of a daily vibration treatment on muscle development, physical activity and balance in chidlren with cerebral palsy. The Research Professionals will perform a broad range of management, administrative and technical duties that facilitate the success of the project. Testing will involve dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, muscle strength assessment, electromyography, balnce assessment, physical activity monitoring, blood analysis and other health related assessments.Last edited by Sydni Whitten; January 24, 2023, 11:18 AM.
