Job Description
This position has responsibility of working on research teams to perform orthopaedic research. Job responsibilities include addressing well-defined problems of small scope, following standard practices and procedures. Specific job responsibilities vary based on project team assignment.
Required Skills
YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor of Science in mechanical or biomedical engineering or other related engineering degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience OR MS in Engineering with no experience. At least 1 year of previous gait lab experience including marker and camera setup, running software, analyzing the data, and reporting the results required. Mechanical testing and/or FEA experience preferred. Other additional knee kinetics and kinematics experience preferred. Must have good team and communication skills. Professional Development will be continued through training, courses, seminars, conferences, and networking/mentoring.
