Dear Biomech-L users,

My lab is just starting to use Polygon Reports to communicate gait and movement performance to other health community members and clients. Although the reports are fairly straight forward, the template for good comprehensive report takes some time to develop(especially of you want to include normative data for comparing the individual subject you are analyzing). However, knowing that many biomech-L users may have already developed nice polygon report templates I thought it might be useful for Polygon users to share those report templates with each other. I know it would be greatly appreciated by our lab and save us some time.

If you have a Polygon report template that you would like to share, you can reply to this email and include:

1) the movement analyzed in report (gait, cycling, throwing, etc.)
2) the raw data collected (whole body kinematics, EMG, ground reaction forces, etc.)
3) Report outputs (joint moments, joint kinematics, muscle activation patters,
4) any other key info that may be needed by the user.

If there is enough of a response I will propose to Vicon that they develop an online library of polygon reports for users like you and I to submit and download templates.

Thank you for your time.

Respectfully,

Justus Ortega, Ph.D.
