Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIEd) will launch its first full-time Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Philosophy (MPhil) programmes in June 2010.

These University Grants Council-funded research degrees offer a variety of research areas in Education and associated areas (including physical education, sport science and health sciences with strong elements related to education).

In addition to the above, applicants may propose their own areas, subject to the availability of necessary expertise and resources. Throughout your study at HKIEd, there will be opportunities for oversea conferences and seminars. Postgraduate studentships will be granted to eligible students.

Please note that applications will be processed on a rolling basis and therefore it is in your interest to apply as soon as possible, before the deadline of 14 May 2010.
