Our interests include, but are not limited to prosthetics and orthotics, wearable technologies, virtual reality, neuromotor rehabilitation, neural engineering, biomechanics, and computer modeling.
We encourage candidates conducting basic and applied research in the areas of: (1) biodynamics of human locomotion, (2) wearable robotics and neuroprosthetics, (3) motor control and motor learning focused on human-machine interactions, and (4) innovative therapeutic or assistive technologies with the potential to transform rehabilitation practice from the clinic to the community. Outstanding candidates in other areas of Rehabilitation Engineering will be considered. This position will serve as core faculty in Biomedical Engineering with participation in both undergraduate and graduate instruction expected.

Position will be filled at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank, depending on credentials and qualifications.
