We control our Bertec treadmill from labview to make it self-paced. We use motion capture information rather than the force plates, but that doesn't affect the communication setup. I can extract some relevant code and sent it to you.

Basically, we are interested by performing gait analysis at self-selected speed on treadmill only. For this purpose, we have to adjust the speed only based on the plateform data.

The first step is to communicate with the treadmill to change the speed and then use the GRF data to adjust the speed.
