I just wanted to get some opinions from various people on their view of an optimal force-velocity profile. If anyone has trained athletes specifically to optimally adapt the force-velocity relationship how did it work? Or simply whether people have carried out research into this area and how useful they found this theory, it would be interesting to hear various peoples views on this as generally the citations from this concept are from the researchers that developed the paper and thought this may lead to a good open discussion.
