    The Performance Validation Analyst is responsible for executing the work associated with making sure our performance products allow athletes to compete at the highest level. You will interface with the Product Teams, Fit & Wear Team, and the Sports Research Team to outline and perform the validation required on key performance products. You will actively pursue and implement process improvements, you will regularly be sought out for advice and guidance, you will own decisions that affect the group. You will become a performance expert.


    • Lead performance validation of products by performing testing including Perception Testing, Mechanical Testing, Fit Testing, Wear Testing and assisting in biomechanical and physiological research.
    • Drive consistency of product by documenting testing results at all levels of the development process.
    • Work closely with marketing, design, and development to provide recommendations on future iterations of product based on experience and testing results.


    • MS or higher in Biomechanics, Sport Science, Engineering or related field.
    • Experience with data interpretation, statistics, and creation of succinct actionable recommendations.
    • Experience with performance footwear preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership both at work and in the community.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently on many projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to do physical labor – lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
    • Some local travel may be required (up to 5%).
