The Directorwill have a track record of facilitating research performance and a personalrecord of quality research achievement. A passion for learning and teaching,the capacity to manage change, resources and people, and an excellent abilityto work constructively with professional bodies and external stakeholders arealso essential. The selected candidate will hold a doctorate in Kinesiology ora related discipline, and will possess the qualifications to be appointed to atenured academic position at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. Salarywill be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The effective date of theappointment is July 1, 2019 or as negotiated. The term of the Director appointment is five years, renewable.
